  • Estimate of how much needs to be moved (e.g., number of rooms, boxes, or large items)

  • Photos of any bulky items or furniture

  • Pick-up and drop-off addresses

  • Any special requirements (e.g., stairs, parking restrictions)

Jo & Domingo & Matt took excellent care of all of my boxes and furniture when we was moving to a new neighborhood in SF. They wrapped things securely and were cautious when going up and down stairs to not scuff any walls. They're clearly pros and even navigated a spiral staircase at one spot with bulky furniture without a second thought. Everything was also very secured in the truck with blankets and ratchet straps so it wasn't bumping around either. They also disassembled furniture when it was required to get it out the door.
